Upon placing an order, you agree to all store terms.
Regarding Item Condition:
Everything that I list on my store is in excellent condition. I am very picky when it comes to the Lego I own/sell, and I absolutely WILL NOT sell Lego parts and minifigures that I would not personally like to own.
That being said, everything listed is thoroughly inspected and free of any of the following defects:
- cracked/extremely loose limbs, torsos or legs
- cracked/loose-fitting/broken parts
- discolouration/fading
- extreme scratches/bite marks
- odd smells/odours
(Please note that some Lego pieces arrive scratched naturally from how they are packaged. Other than that, expect none of these defects.)
Regarding Payment & Orders:
Please DO NOT send payments using an eCheck. Instant Payment only, otherwise your order won't be shipped until the funds are cleared (3 - 5 days.)
I do not ship until payment and funds have been confirmed.
Payment must be sent within 24 hours of invoice, unless you contact me and we make arrangements for a later date.
I charge 4.5% of the total price to cover PayPal fees, and $2 for resources used to ship the order.
I do not hold items or orders for more than 3 days.

Regarding Shipping:

I ship once payment has been confirmed.
Shipping can take between 5 business days and 3 months (depending on your location in the world and the method of shipping.)
I do not accept returns, and I cannot stress enough that I am not responsible for your order once it has shipped.
Upon accepting these terms, you acknowledge and take full responsibility of the package after it is handed to the post office.
I ship through Canada Post and use the cheapest option for shipping, which is calculated using the Canada Post app.
Insurance + tracking are optional; please let me know if you wish to have either of those included with your order. If you do not let me know, it is more than likely you WILL NOT receive a tracking number.Last Updated: 26 Mar 2020
